In all cases, ChaliceMD’s total liability for any claim will not exceed $100, or the amount you paid to ChaliceMD in the prior 12 months (if any), whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ChaliceMD from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to:
